Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Thank you for shopping online at www.ProMedicalSkinCare.com. All returns must comply with the return procedure set forth below, whether purchased online, by phone or in-clinic. All returned items must be in new/unused condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories (if applicable).
Please inspect your order for accuracy within 7 days of receiving it. If any inaccuracies are found we will rectify them within the timeframe.
No refunds, all sales final, exchanges only.
Due to the nature of the products being sold, NO exchanges are allowed after 14 days from the date of receipt, if the product has been opened/used, or if the UPC code has been removed from the packaging (if applicable).
All Books, Video’s (DVD’s), Marketing material, or educational material carries a NO return policy.
No liquid products are returnable.
Due to the nature of machines NO returns, refunds or exchanges are accepted.
Exchanges are only acceptable if the item is in original packaging, unused in new condition, or defective/damaged due to shipping.
We cannot exchange used product.
If a product is returned, the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the product was damaged in transit. Proof of damage is required prior to return.
All sales are final; refunds are not allowed under any circumstance.
These is 15% restocking fee on any returned items.
In order to initiate the return of your merchandise, contact us at info@ProMedicalSKinCare.com for further instructions. Upon acceptance of exchange a return authorization number (RA#) will be issued to you. You will need the RA# along with a copy of your receipt and all original packaging including the original box, manuals, and accessories to be eligible for the exchange terms listed above.
